It's hard to test this issue without some example images. If you find this is a problem then you could create your images in Aperture then when you import them in JuiceboxBuilder, turn of 'Resize Images'. This will preserve the original image files.

We currently don't support multiple sizes of images, but may add it in a future version.
We have replicated the blue overlay issue in Chrome v26 and will fix in the next version.
Thanks for reporting. We are looking at improving the handling of vertical swipes in the next version.

I do not see any TextShadowColor setting in JuiceboxBuilder - am I missing that?
The 'textShadowColor' option was added in Juicebox v1.3.0 along with a lot of other features: http://juicebox.net/blog/2013/04/juiceb … -released/
I'm just observing (and testing screenshots from) the juicebuilder preview window, which I assume would be accurate.
Due to limitations in the Adobe AIR browser, the JuiceboxBuilder preview is not 100% accurate, and drop shadows are one example of this. You are better off previewing your gallery in a browser. See a list of JuiceboxBuilder Known issues here: http://www.juicebox.net/support/juiceboxbuilder/
Editing text drop shadow color is now possible with the 'textShadowColor' option in Juicebox v1.3.0
To remove all drop shadows, set the following 3 options to RGBA(0,0,0,0) or Opacity 0 in JuiceboxBuilder: ThumbShadowColor, ImageShadowColor and TextShadowColor
When an image is purchased, Fotomoto will email you and request a high resolution version of the image be uploaded for printing. So you don't need to worry about resolution of the original image.
Do you support IE7/8 with Juicebox.
Yes.
Unfortunately most XML parsers will throw an error if duplicate attribute names are used, so it's hard to show an error specifically for this situation.
The fullscreen message is implemented in the browser as a security feature (to prevent websites hijacking user's desktops) and there is no way to disable it.
Apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and working on a hot fix for compatibility with jQuery 1.9.1.
Juicebox-Pro v1.3 now includes support for Social Sharing: http://juicebox.net/support/sharing
FYI - By using the * selector you are pretty much guaranteed to over-ride and possibly break any 3rd party HTML widgets loaded into your page. This is because there is no way to 'sandbox' CSS, i.e. create a separate protected namespaces.
Juicebox-Pro v1.3 now comes with SEO built in: http://juicebox.net/support/sharing/#seo
Please post a URL of your gallery so we can take a look.
Also, note that if you navigate to a new image while the current image is still transitioning in (i.e. swipe while the current image is still sliding in to the middle), the current image will snap into the center and the new transition will start.
This is to allow users to navigate through images quickly if desired. Increasing the 'imageTransitionTime' will make this more noticeable.
Funny you should ask - we just added that feature in v1.3 :). See here for more info: http://juicebox.net/support/creation/#language-list
Yes. You would need to modify the theme CSS and split the classes above into 2 different classes with 2 different unicode ids.
Since I use a custom theme the folder needs to be updated with what came with 1.3
Correct. Unfortunately with the switch to icon fonts we were not able to make the custom themes 100% backward compatible with v1.2.
since the CSS calls for the fonts to be "juicebox" with a lowercase j shouldn't the custom name given to them in iconMoon be the same?
Correct. I've updated the docs to fix this. Thanks.

The social icons on that page are not coming from Juicebox. Neither are the menu thumbnails below the juicebox gallery. So you would need to check how that page was built.
it'd be much easier to have a configuration option like:
linkurlprefix="/image_detail.php?file=" and then juicebox would concatenate each individual linkurl with the prefix so when the user clicks on an image or a caption it would link to something like /image_detail.php?file=images/_MG_8874.jpg
You should be able to do a redirect on the server side to achieve this. Or do a text editor global search and replace in the generated XML file.
When wishing over the surface, the transparent rectangle appears.
Interesting. I cannot replicate that issue with the Android test devices we have here. Does the same thing happen with the demo galleries here: http://www.juicebox.net/demos/ ?
For the opera issue, what are the steps to get the image not to show?
