Topic: fotomoto orders barrow not appearing on mobile

Hello
I am in the process of setting up my photography website using Juicebox Pro to link to my fotomoto account The sale barrow appears fine in normal pc / laptop web browser but not when viewed on my mobile phone? Is this normal or something I have done wrong?

Yes. Due to the size of the Fotomoto share window, shopping cart functionality is disabled in Small Screen Mode (used when the gallery is displayed on mobile devices) and works only in Large Screen Mode (in desktop browsers).
This is mentioned in the 'Additional notes' for the Shopping Cart support section.

Shopping Cart button is disabled in Small Screen Mode since the Fotomoto popup interface does not fit on smaller screens.

Just found this thread and wanted to let you know that last year we released a new version of our shopping cart Widget that fits nicely on small-screen mobile devices. Just a short note to let you know that allowing the Shopping Cart Icon (and thus Fotomoto) to appear in Small Screen Mode is on the 'to do' list (although I do not know when it might be implemented).
