How can I protect pictures from downloading? I don't have any knowledge of HTML :(
Thanks for reply.
Juicebox pro 1.4.4.1 works fine on laptop, android tablets and even on TV, but gives an "XML config not found" error on my desktop.
Laptop and desktop running under Windows 10 with the same browers and virus killer. What can be the reason?
Thx for reply.
STEVEN, YOU ARE RIGHT !!!!
This is so silly. I really couldn't find what went wrong.
When I surfed on the other browsers, I typed in the full address. Thing I did not do by testing :(
Many thanks!!!! It's such a fine software, which I'm happy to use.
Kind regards.
I started to install an new site last Friday.
I downloaded Drupal 7.38 and Juicebox v1.4.4 Pro.
Up till Monday evening everything was working fine in all kind of browsers. Coding as prescripted by you.
Since yesterday IE Explorer 11 refuses to project the slideshow. Edge, Chrome and Firefox are OK.
Everything running under Windows 10.
What can I do? Same problem tablet.
This is my site: www.joaqimb.be
Thanks for reply.
No more topic. Problem solved !!!!
Thanks for reply.
I made the decision to change of provider. I hope things will work out right.
My site is running since almost a year (www.joaqimb.be). In the beginning I had some problems with the config file. However since last September the site was stable. No updates were made.
Suddenly (last few days) I get the boring Juicebox Error: Config XML file not found again.
But strange: yesterday OPERA Browser was OK, Chrome and IE refused displaying the images. This mornig things were different: OPERA and CHROME: bad result, IE ok. Unbelieveable, but true!!!
What is going on? I already lost all my hair with the troubles going on last year. I'm losing faith in Juicebox PRO now.
Please what can I do?
It would be fine to show only thumbnails, with link.
Steven,
Indeed, I did delete the post the moment you were answering it. Everything seemed OK at that moment. :)
I read on many places that IE and HTLM5 are not such good friends. I watched my site on IPAD and Samsung tablet 7": everything ok. As well as in Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
So I stop worrying and boring you with this kind of issues. Juicebox is great. Support is great. So I'm happy with the product.
Just this: is only showing thumbnails (with link) as done in Colorbox an issue for a next release?
Thanks for your kind support.
Steven,
I do have the latest version of Pro. I use IE 11. Non-compatible mode. The suggestions you made don't give a solution.

Maybe this is an option for later releases?
Is it possible to show nothing more than thumbnails with a link on it? For example a block of 5 columns, 4 rows?
Dear Steven,
It works.
I have always worked with FULL HTML but: CKEDITOR has a RICH TEXT and a PLAIN TEXT format. And that was the mistake: I hadn't noticed that RTF was the standard format. Switching to plain text made the slider work.
So you were right !!!
I was really desperate while not understanding what was going on and always looking for a syntax error.
Many Many thanks.
I will enjoy JuiceboxBuider. Such a great tool !!!!
Andrew
Steven,
I synchronised all folder names, but without result.
Assuming the embedded coding is correct, then some other questions should be answered (sorry for my bad English):
1. JuiceboxBuilder asks for the index page of the website. Default value: index. html. My site has in index.html page but only by alias for another page. May this be the problem? If so: how can I solve the problem?
2. What is the root directory of the site? 'public_html' or "/".
3. When I use an absolute path "www.sitename.be/Juicebox Namur/...' than a partial link is generated, namely "www.sitename.be/Juicebox". How comes? By evidence this link does not work.
I hope we will reach a final solution. I'm happy with JuiceboxBuilder but at the end it's useless. I hope I don't have to ask for refund. I really would feel sorry.
Thanks for support.
I synchronised the names but nothing helps.
Steven,
Thanks for your reply. At work even on Sunday !!!
I placed the entire folder into the public root as you mentioned, but things refuse to work. I hope there is no more syntax error.
Strange fact is that Drupal does'nt do anything at all. It doesn't load the gallery, no conflicts are reported. Just one thing happens: displaying the embedded code.
Is the embedded code sufficient enough or do I have to write some more coding? If so I have a problem because I am a novice Drupal user. I don't have any knowledge of html.
This is the path to the Drupal folders: /public_html/Juicebox_Namur/
The path to the script: /public_html/Juicebox_Namur/jbcore
I cleared cache. Is there something else I should do?
This is the embedded code:
<!--START JUICEBOX EMBED-->
<script src="http://www.joaqimb.be/Juicebox_Namur/jbcore/juicebox.js"></script>
<script>
new juicebox({
baseUrl : 'http://www.joaqimb.be/Juicebox_Namur/',
containerId: "juicebox-container",
galleryWidth: "640",
galleryHeight: "640",
backgroundColor: "rgba(102,102,102,1)"
});
</script>
<div id="juicebox-container">
<!--END JUICEBOX EMBED-->
This is the final coding of the page as registered by Internet Explorer):
<div class="content-sidebar-wrap">
<div id="content">
<section id="post-content" role="main">
<h1 class="page-title">Namur</h1> <div class="tabs-wrapper"><h2 class="element-invisible">Primaire tabs</h2><ul class="tabs primary clearfix"><li class="active"><a href="/node/53" class="active">Weergeven<span class="element-invisible">(actieve tabblad)</span></a></li>

</ul></div> <div class="region region-content">
<div id="block-system-main" class="block block-system">
<div class="content">

galleryWidth: "800",<br />
galleryHeight: "800",<br />
backgroundColor: "rgba(102,102,102,1)"<br />
});<br />
</script><br />
<div id="juicebox-container"></p>
<p><!--END JUICEBOX EMBED--></p>
</div></div></div> </div>
this is not an item anymore. I upgraded to Pro, without use of a Drupal module.
thanks for support.
I upgraded to Juicebox Pro.
The last few days I tried to create galleries in Drupal while using the appropiate module. It did not work at all.
So I created a gallery on my local drive. And placed the entire folder in the map /public_html/sites/all/libraries/juicebox/classic/img of my website www.joaqimb.be
The juicebox.js script is placed in the folder /public_html/sites/all/libraries/juicebox
I created a new article in full html edit mode and embedded this script:
<!--START JUICEBOX EMBED-->
<script src="www.joaqimb.be/public_html/sites/all/libraries/juicebox/juicebox.js"></script>
<script>
new juicebox({
baseUrl : "www.joaqimb.be/public_html/sites/all/libraries/juicebox/classic/img/Juicebox Namur"
containerId: "juicebox-container",
galleryWidth: "700",
galleryHeight: "750",
backgroundColor: "rgba(238,238,238,1)"
});
</script>
<div id="juicebox-container">
<!-- Image gallery content for non-javascript devices -->
<noscript>
<h1>Gallery Title</h1>
<p></p>
<p><img src="namur_50a 10x15.jpg" title="namur_50a 10x15" alt="" /><br>namur_50a 10x15 </p>

Unfortunately, its' not working. The only thing that happens is the browser displaying the script, but no images or thumbnails.
Did I make a syntax error? Libraries API is installed too.
Juicebox Pro is a great tool! All I have to do now - with your help - is make it work. :)
Do you have an example of a valid script?
Thanks for reply.
when I give you the url everyone is capable to look in it, or am I wrong?
must the images be placed in a particular folder?
I'm a novice Drupal user. In earlier life is used SIMPLEVIEW in Wordpress and I was happy to find JUICEBOX as a similar and better solution for Drupal 7.28.
I made a new content type, added files with the right extension .jpg but the images don't show.
The only thing that appears is the text 'Juicebox image:". What did I do wrong? :)
Thanks for reply.
