Topic: Juicebox gallery not showing captions on iphone 6

Hi,

I am using Juicebox gallery inside an iphone app. I created the Juicebox gallery and uploaded the gallery to my server and then connected it through a custom link in my app. The gallery looks nice but strangely it does not show caption neither in the portrait view nor in the landscape mode.

Kindly advise me on this as I am stuck (I am using Juicebox gallery 1.2 Pro)

First of all, please try upgrading your gallery to the latest version of Juicebox-Pro (v1.4.4.2) as many bugs have been fixed since v1.2 and upgrading might solve your problem without any further action.

Full instructions for downloading the latest version and upgrading existing galleries can be found on the Upgrading Juicebox support page.

Also, please double-check your gallery's XML file and configuration options to make sure that your images have titles or captions associated with them and to see if captionPosition has perhaps been set to NONE.

If this does not help, then please let me know how I can view your gallery so that I can see the problem for myself and hopefully help further. Thank you.
