Topic: Gallery does not work, hangs in browser

I used the PS script to build a Juicebox gallery that worked this week, but today I made another one that cannot load in my browser, even after uploading it to the server.


In Firefox it shows only the turning logo , in Chrome it says "Juicebox Error: Config XML file not found"

Can anyone tell what is going on?

It sounds like there might a be a problem with your gallery's XML file such as your web host adding code to the file (for example comments or web statistics code) which may break the XML formatting.
Try opening your gallery's XML file directly in your browser and if there are any errors in the file, the browser should let you know what they are.
