Topic: Windows 8.1 64-bit Config XML file not found

I have just installed 'Lite' version v1.3.3 on a new install of Windows 8.1 64-bit
I attempted the most simple test ... Images/Customize/Publish to C:\users\Steve\Documents\JuiceboxBuilder-Lite
I see index.html. I see config.xml.
I consistently get 'Config XML file not found' in my browser window.
This worked out of the box on my Windows 7 laptop.
How can I troubleshoot this problem?

If you are trying to preview your gallery locally (on your computer), please use either Firefox or Opera.
It is not possible to display a gallery locally in IE11, Chrome or Opera due to a security restriction whereby these browsers cannot load local XML files.

Please note that your gallery will display fine in all browsers when has been uploaded to a web server.

Thanks for the prompt reply Steven. I am using both IE11 and Chrome, so that explains why I can't get either of them to play ball :-)
