Topic: Lightroom 5.2

Hi!
I just upgraded my LR5 to LR5.2 and JuiceBox don't work anymore. When i try create juicebox gallery lightroom says "The template can not be applied, because the web gallery (id=´net.juicebox.www.juicebox.lite`is missing. Please install that web gallery and then try again.")

I ll try everything. Re installing and still it doesnt work.

The Juicebox web module for Lightroom is fully compatible with Lightroom 5.2.
Try completely removing the web module by deleting the 'juicebox.lrwebengine' folder from the following location:

  • Mac OS X - Users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Web Galleries/

  • Windows Vista & Windows 7- C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Web Galleries\

  • Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Adobe\Lightroom\Web Galleries\

... and then do a fresh download and install following the instructions on the page in the link above.

Steve, your solution doesn't apply. In the lightroom 5 folder there is no folder called Web Galleries. So I created one and place the juicebox.lrwebengine file in there. Restarted lightroom, it's not there. When you attempt to add it through the plugin manager, the gallery plugin is grayed out.
