Topic: Problem showing icons in Internet Explorer with Pro vs Lite version

We recently purchased the Pro version (Juicebox-Pro 1.3.1) after evaluating the Lite version (Juicebox-Lite 1.3.0)

During our evaluation everything worked fine across all browsers / devices etc.

Now that we have the Pro version, the only thing we have changed is the reference to the Pro JS file.
The icons now do not appear in any version of Internet Explorer, a square appears instead.
If I switch back to the Lite version of the JS file , the icons appear as expected.


The CSS that displays these icons looks like this:
.jb-navigation .jbn-left-button:before, .jb-flag-large-screen-mode .jb-navigation .jbn-left-button:before
{
    content: "\e000";
}

Please advise a solution to this issue.

Can we get our hands on previous Pro version (Juicebox-Pro 1.3.0) to see if this rectifies the problem ?

Please ensure that when uploading your font files (in the 'jbcore/classic/fonts/' folder) that the transfer method is binary and not ASCII. (This can be set in your FTP program.)
Also, please check with your web host that your web server has the correct MIME types for the font files.

There were no changes to the icon functionality between versions 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 so downgrading to Juicebox-Pro v1.3.0 would not help.
