Topic: rotating six sided machine nut

My thumbnail images show correctly but the main image area is blank with a rotating six sided machine nut in the center of the screen.  I assume Juicebox is not finding the large images to display?  I can click on the thumbnails, but the larger image does not display.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?  Thanks.
