Topic: Juicebox Pro 40Amp Error code1(Long beep-short break)

Hi..
I have been using Juicebox Pro 40Amp for last 7 months and now i get one beep and a break with all the three LEDs flashing and not able to charge my EV. I had this issue a month back and I reset my circuit breaker then it started working but niw the same reboot is not working. I emailed this to support@juicebox on 9/21 and waiting for reply. I am not sure how long it will take to get this issue resolved. Is there any phone numer that i can contact?

This is a support forum for the Juicebox-Pro web gallery software from SimpleViewer Inc.

From your query, it sounds like you are referring to a 'JuiceBox' from eMotorWerks, a completely unrelated company to our own (although the product names are the same).
