Topic: Secure Gallery?

I am trying to deliver a secure page here: https://web.amfam.com/draw_your_dream/gallery/index.asp with the gallery embedded and pulling from a flickr gallery, but IE8 is giving me a security warning. The rest of the page is secure because removing the gallery doesn't give me the security warning.

I am sure the solution is probably something I have overlooked to make the gallery use https instead of http. Any help would be appreciated.

This page is being brought into a Facebook page using an iframe so this page has to be secure. https://www.facebook.com/amfam/app_523930440966735

Re: Secure Gallery?

It seems that pages using HTTPS cannot load from the Flickr API. This means that Juicebox Flickr galleries won't work on HTTPS. We will look into solutions for a future version.

Re: Secure Gallery?

I expect Internet Explorer is displaying the mixed content security warning as a result of the URLs for the gallery's images being returned from the internal Flickr API search as 'http://' rather than 'https://'.
Unfortunately, I do not think there is a solution to this problem (other than disabling the warning message in the browser's settings or using local images listed in an XML file rather than Flickr).
This user in the Flickr forum seems to be experiencing the same problem with no sign of a solution: http://www.flickr.com/groups/api/discus … 610086610/
