Topic: Pro---Several help issues
I recently discovered Juicebox and it fits nicely to my needs. I purchased the Pro version and have a few questions I hope you all can help with.
1. On touch screens, IPad, Surface Pro, Samsung Galaxy S22 for example, I can’t pinch and enlarge images---is there a setting that allows for this?
2. When opening Juicebox as a new or existing project, going to the customize tab, a grey screen appears…Juicebox can not display locally in this browser. Then clicking the publish tab the screen is still there and blocks out the save path, save button and embed code window. The only way to see them is to resize the screen using the maximize/restore down button. Is there a way to clear the grey screen and or stop it from popping up? I’ve cleared cache many times.
3. I’m not able to install Abobe Air on a Windows 10 64 bit machine---I’ve read every fix on the Internet. FYI, I have Adobe Master Collection CS5.5, Livecycle ES2 and Lightroom 4.1 and 4.4 installed for years. (Because of this I installed on Server 2012 that only has Abobe Acrobat X Pro installed and all is fine) I’d really like to install it on the Windows 10 machine but if not possible that OK too.
