Hi Steven,

I can't uninstall Adobe AIR runtime - version 51.0.1.3

I finally sorted the problem with some help from AIR GitHub https://github.com/airsdk/Adobe-Runtime … sions/3408

I updated to the latest version of Adobe AIR and then ran the Adobe AIR installer that was in the 'Applications' folder and not the uninstaller that was in the 'Utilities' folder and uninstalled Adobe AIR. That allowed me to then install the AIR runtime including WebKit - version 33.1.1.744.

It also says Upgrade to Juicebox-Pro in the top right corner but I have paid for and downloaded the Juicebox-Pro installer.

I have sorted that problem. I uninstalled JuiceboxBuilder Pro. Then changed the name of the 'JuiceboxBuilder-Pro' folder in the 'Documents' folder to 'OldJuiceboxBuilder-Pro'. Reinstalled JuiceboxBuilder Pro by running the JuiceboxBuilder-Pro.air installer. It created a new 'JuiceboxBuilder-Pro' folder in the 'Documents' folder and I then copied my presets from the 'OldJuiceboxBuilder-Pro' folder into the new 'JuiceboxBuilder-Pro' folder.

I suspect it was a permissions problem. All working fine now. Thank you.

I have Juicebox v1.5.1 working fine on my MacBook Pro laptop running MacOS Sonoma 14.6.

However I cannot get it to run on properly on my Mac Studio also running MacOS Sonoma 14.6. I get to the 'New Gallery' 'Open Gallery' dialogue and it does nothing. It also says Upgrade to Juicebox-Pro in the top right corner but I have paid for and downloaded the Juicebox-Pro installer.

I have installed  AIR runtime - version 51.0.1.3

I wondered if it was the wrong version of Adobe AIR and it needed AIR runtime including WebKit - version 33.1.1.744.

So I have tried uninstalling the app to try and do a clean install but I can't uninstall Adobe AIR runtime - version 51.0.1.3

I have tried running the Adobe AIR uninstaller from the utilities folder and also using terminal using the sudo command but it refuses to uninstall  Adobe AIR runtime - version 51.0.1.3.

Any ideas?
