Thanks very much for this info, I followed your instructions and JB-Pro now works fine.
I rarely have any problems with JuiceBox Pro but have one now. I went to create a web gallery and got all kinds of warnings about Adobe Air might “damage my computer”. I deleted Adobe Air, then downloaded & installed a new copy. When I get to the “Publish” option the screen just shows a preview of the Gallery I have created but there is no option to Save it to a specific folder. I am using a Gallery Preset/Template I created previously. I have JB version pro_1.5.1 running on an Apple Mac Pro with OSX v 13.4. I searched the online forums and looked for a way to download a fresh version (maybe updated? of JBPro but could not find that option on the web site, other than to purchase a second copy. Any help would be much appreciated! Mark Weidman mark@weidmanphoto.com
Thanks Steven, I will follow your instructions and report back!
I am having problems running JuiceboxBuilder-Pro v1.5.1 on an Apple Mac Pro running OSX 11.2.3.
I can Start a new gallery, drop in the JPEGs, and Customize to one of my Presets. When I then select “Browse” for the “Gallery Folder”, I get a new, blank, gray window. I have to hit the Escape Key to close the window. And, I cannot edit the name of the Gallery Folder. The only solution is to Quit JB and to start the process from the beginning again. Sometimes I am able to create the gallery, sometimes JB-Pro gets hung up on the last step.
Whoops! i finally was able to add a background image using procedure #1, so please ignore my previous message. Thanks Mark W.
Well, I have tried procedure #1 several times and still cannot get the background image to appear. It either does not show up at all or shows up as another image/thumbnail in the gallery. The problem may be that I am not Naming the background image accurately in the “Background Url” field. The background file name is “compass_logo”. The gallery name (folder) is “decker_fire_10_19”. Exactly what should I name the background image file in the “Background Url” field? Thanks again. Mark W.
Thanks Steven, I will give this a try and report back if problems continue. Mark W.
I am trying to add my Logo (a JPEG with transparent background) as the Background Image. I followed the simple instructions on the User Forum but the logo/image always comes up as an additional thumbnail/image in the gallery. It does not appear as a Background image for the gallery. Exactly how do I fix this? Thanks! Mark W.
