Solved!

Was uploading an archive file and extracted it on the server.  cPanel, however, changed folder permissions to 0700. Why? Who knows, lol.
First gallery (which worked flawlessly) I did upload manually, meaning I created folders online and then uploaded the files.

All good now.
Thanks for your patience

I have one gallery, which opens beautifully

Now I created two more galleries and they seem to load forever, yet, all that can be sen is a black page. Hence, images never load.

Any idea what could cause this problem?
As far as I remember, I can create several galleries, right? (my galleries [3] have max 19 images.

thank you

Link to the 2 galleries not opening http://doomehome.com/home-renovation-project-01.html - just scroll down to bottom and click on one of the 2 images

Link to the opening gallery http://doomehome.com/splashback-options.html - click on the "Glass" splashback image

Definitely helped.
Thanks for the clarification!

I have another issue now, but will open another thread for it, not to confuse.
Thank you

Oh,
and one more thing.

If I need Adobe Lightroom, ... negative. Not buying anything from these crooks again. Doesn't allow me to transfer licenses to a new computer. Need to buy again.

1. everybody upgrades their computers after a few years. Common thing. Not for ADOBE, though. So screw Adobe.

Sorry, no business under such money hoarding conditions.

Thanks again.
Still no progress. I tried all this before already. Seems something viral wrong here.
Also, I have no Edit>Preferences drop-down. All I have is: JuiceBoxBuilder-Lite | Gallery | Images | Presets | Help

latest version? Yes
uninstalled- reinstalled? several times

Giving up.
There are other options out there; Install, works - simple!

Hi Steven.

Thanks for your reply.

Reason for me posting this issue here on the forum was:
1. I was here already
2. I am on a Mac, yes, and; 'Users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Web Galleries/' does not exist
3. Looking into the package content? Doesn't show anything neither.
4. Looking into the Libraries (several possible locations)? Nothing there neither.

So Any idea where this """juicebox_lite.lrwebengine""" is hidden? Does it exist, even?

I noticed you mention 'juicebox_pro.lrwebengine', but PRO wasn't my issue. Lite is. and This is the forum for Lite. No?

Cheers.

Hi

I enjoyed the lite version so far and was thinking of upgrading. Before doing so, I tried to get the Adobe lightbox plugin going but to my surprise, the "File" juicebox_lite.lrwebengine does not even exist. Instead, "juicebox_lite.lrwebengine" is a 'Folder'. So I could not get it going. Not sure how this plugin is to be installed (I looked through the folder), neither is there any documentation for it.

OK, to be fair, there is. But this documentation is for the "juicebox_lite.lrwebengine" File, not Folder.

Have I missed something?
