Yikes! I'm having this same issue and using this for several clients and one of them is irate! So will the username/ID fix this? So setID can't be used anymore? Help!

I'm using the small-screen approach as detailed in this thread. In small-screen it paginates the images (ex. the text "1 of 3" under the grid). Is there a way on smaller screens to simply display all the images in more rows so they are all visible and the user can swipe through all of them versus having to page through?

Thanks, Steven! As always-great support.

I'm using the FLickr feed and images in Flickr are properly rotated but when loaded into the JB gallery they are incorrectly rotated. I assume it has something to do with images that are not rotated correctly and FLickr auto-rotating them (my client uploads their own images and maybe they are phone images that don't have the proper rotation).

So, images appear properly rotated in Flickr account but not in Juicebox gallery. Help?

Thanks, Steven. Great support as always.

Hide social icon bar on phone resolution (to not obscure images).

I'm wondering if there is a way to not display the social icon bar on phone resolution only. One of my clients complains that it obscures too much of the image on smaller devices. Is this possible? Thank you.

Hey, Jim.

I'm also a Director refugee. I had to come up with alternative solutions for a bunch of my clients. And I recently had security issues with regards to SSP Director installations. I'm not sure if that played into them abandoning it but regardless I needed something to take its place. I have been using JuiceBox for a couple years and it is probably the best thing out there for building galleries. I've set up a couple of my clients with the JuiceBox Flickr load for managing their content and they seem to like it.

I also discovered that you can use Instagram to post to Flickr and that works even better because most all of my clients use Instagram (but not so much Flickr) and they can post to both accounts simultaneously. So, it's a super easy way for them to add content to their galleries. And you don't need to set up databases, etc. I'm super pleased with JuiceBox and have purchased 2 multiple site licenses. Let me know if you come up with any other solutions.

Fantastic. Thanks for your prompt reply, Steven. I suspected as much but wanted to make sure. I am one of those folks who is replacing the functionality of SlideShow Pro Director (now discontinued) with a juiceBox solution. I don't know if it has been posted here already but I discovered that the Instagram app allows you to post to Flickr at the same time. This is attractive to most of my clients who use Instagram but aren't keen on managing an additional social media app. They will only have to set up a Flickr account and not have to worry about using the Flickr app (which is clunkier than Instagram) for managing their content. Thanks for the outstanding product!

I've looked through the forum and I think the answer to this question is yes but I want to make sure (and ask an additional question) before I pitch it to my client. Using the Flickr feed option would it be possible to use one Flickr account with multiple sets (a set would present one artist's work) and use this single Flickr account to manage multiple galleries?

Also, would it be possible to embed the links to these galleries on one web page using baseUrl? So for example: I have 9 artists who each have a separate gallery (Flickr set) and so I want 9 links to their respective juiceBox gallery one one web page.
