I just wanted to post an update in thanks to Steven and his team at Juicebox. They were very helpful and prompt in their replies and I certainly appreciated it. While I don't believe my issue had to do with my SG CachePress plugin, (as it was disabled and I had temporarily enabled it to purge the CDN cache, retest and found branding still persisted, and then again disabled the SG CachePress plugin). However, my issue has been resolved.

Thanks again!

Thank you for your reply. I forgot to mention I had already done that.
But since your suggested it, I have completely deleted the jbcore folder (again), reload the page to see that it wasn't properly loading jb, and then reuploaded the Pro version of jbcore to /wp-content/plugins/wp-juicebox using my FTP client.

***The odd thing about all this is that I do have access to 'Pro config options' from within Wordpress.***

My guess is that, after mucking about with this for several hours, that the problem must lie within the juicebox_pro_1.4.2.zip file I downloaded at checkout.
I'm hesitant to download again because I saw I only get 5 downloads and wanted to see if you suggest anything else first.

EDIT: I just re-downloaded the file from e-junkie and repeated the whole process. I even disabled the plugin while replacing the jbcore folder, and deleted the contents of wp-content/uploads/juicebox. Same result.

Could you guys email me the correct pro file? I'm pretty confident at this point I'm not getting the right zip from e-junkie...

Hi. This is weird.

Branding is still visible in the bottom right corner.

What I've done so far:
I've installed the WP-Juicebox plugin.
I've replaced the entire jbcore folder with the jbcore folder from the juicebox_pro_1.4.2 downloaded today.
Cleared browser cache. Tried a new browser. Tried a new machine. Still seeing the words "juicebox" on this page.
I've played with changing settings to 777, didn't see any change, so reverted to 755.
I've also replaced the wp-juicebox.php per the support page here: http://juicebox.net/forum/search.php?se … 555211425.

What I'm running:
A fresh install of Wordpress 4.0, TwentyFourteen theme.

Active plugins:
1. NextGen Gallery by Photocrati
2. Akismet
