HI,

I have tried to add a new image to my juicebox. I copied the code in config for another image and pasted it and then changed the path for my new image. My config is hosted on google drive. I uploaded it. On my website, I see there is a new image but the iage has a loading sign on it  and  its thumbnail is grey.

What I have tried already:
I did check the path troubleshooting section already on the juicebox help page. My path seems correct, since it is the same as the other images, only the image name changed.
I have cleared my cache but it does not help.
I have tried to change the image name, and to put an incorrect image title to see what would happen and it did not change a thing. Same result.

My juicebox is embed in a html iframe on my website. My website service provider is Promobullit.

Please help me.
