Topic: transition on clicking thumbnail

Fabulous glalery.  Thank you!

Is it possible to set transition when clicking on thumbnail to SLIDE, so that images slide even if visitor has selected image several images away from current one?  (Currentoly one image fades out, selected one fades in.)

The SLIDE transition works only for adjacent images when the main image navigation arrows are clicked/tapped (or when swiping on a touch device).
As you have discovered, images do not SLIDE when selected via thumbnails. There is no user control to change this.
