Topic: Audio doesn't play [SOLVED]

Hi, new user here, and I hope you can help me because I bought a 5-site license of the pro version for one reason, because I want to play audio behind my galleries. But I am getting no sound when I upload to my web site (it works fine locally). I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE, and none of them play any sound! 

Here are the urls to the audio:

audioUrlOgg="http://www.marydean.com/galleries/alexis/audio/WhenImGone_AlexisMary20140604v2.ogg"

If you click on the link directly, you hear the sound, so I know the urls are good:

But if you go to my juicebox gallery, NOTHING!

Can you help me?  What am I missing?  Thanks, Mary D.

Maybe is it just linked to your PC, because I hear the music on your site ! Have you tried with another PC ?

I have just viewed your gallery in Chrome 36.0, Firefox 31.0 and Internet Explorer 11 and your audio track plays fine in all browsers.
Try clearing your browser's cache to ensure that your browser is fetching and using the most recent versions of your gallery files. Also, check your computer's volume control in case it has been muted or turned down.

Yes, it's working this morning!  Thank you. I thought there must be a size limitation on the sound file or something, but now it is working, even on my android phone, which it wasn't last night. Awesome product.
