Topic: Share to FB contains wrong Gallery Title

Hi Juicebox Pro Support,

I am making my first galleries after buying the product, though I have been a Lite user for some time. I have read the material on sharing config, but am having a problem I can't figure out. When I share my "Races" gallery to FB, the Gallery Title quoted in the share belongs to another gallery, one called "Pits & Trackwalk". I checked my Gallery Title and other config items in Builder-Pro, but cannot find a misconfiguration. For example, I opened config.xml in text editor and string-searched for "rackw", it does not appear. I similarly searched other files in the gallery directory, same result. I checked the URL used to enter the gallery, that showed no clue. I use Firefox 53.0, tried clearing cache web content and offline user content and data, this did not help. I created the gallery fronm scratch a few times, that did not help. I also checked and adjusted the content of my preset data, that did not help.

I have included screenshots and HTML source corresponding to the points described above. Can you help?

Thanks!

Scott

Re: Share to FB contains wrong Gallery Title

Please double-check the Open Graph meta tags in your gallery's web page to make sure that the information is correct. (This is where Facebook finds the information to populate the share window.)

If the information is correct, then it sounds like you might need to clear Facebook's own cache of your gallery's web page.
Run your gallery's web page URL through the following Facebook online tools.

(1) Facebook's Sharing Debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
(2) Facebook's Batch Invalidator: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/d … ing/batch/
(3) Facebook's Open Graph Object Debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
(Click the 'Fetch new scrape information' button.)

This should clear Facebook's cache of your web pages and fetch new scrape information from your gallery's web page.
Hopefully this will help.
