Topic: galleries not loading on phone

I have just created some galleries and on a desktop computer and android tablet they seem to be fine.  however using a Samsung galaxy S2 the juicebox galleries will only load to a blank white page.  I tried using chrome, dolphin internet browser and the default internet browser on Ice Cream Sandwich.  It would only work when the request desktop site was chosen as an option in the browsers menu.  My other half's HTC Aria seems to work OK. Any ideas on why?

It certainly sounds like the most likely causes (a 3G operator using content modification which would break the JavaScript within the gallery or the need to clear your browser's cache before reloading your gallery) are not applicable in your case.

Thank you for providing the link to your website and galleries.
Interestingly, when I view your galleries in Chrome on my iPod Touch, the 'Request desktop site' option is greyed-out.
We will investigate further.

Hi,

I've just tested your gallery here on OS X, iPad and Android ICS phone. It works fine on all devices. Also I don't see a 'request desktop site' option.

I think Steven is correct when he points to 3G mobile content modification as the problem. Are you viewing the gallery over 3G? Who is your mobile carrier?

Hi I too have this problem will load on a I phone 5 G3  (don't know carrier) but will not load on 4s ( carrier o2) will play your demo gallery from you web site.
