Thank you for the help.  That appears to have worked and I have Juicebox installed on the home PC.  Now to start work. :D

Thank you for the replies.  I tried removing the latest version of AIR in order to install the older version and keep getting this:

I have full administrator rights on this box and can add/remove applications.  Just not this one.  I don't know what to try next and can't move forward until I get this at least installed.  (I did try the solution above of using the old version of AIR and the latest Juicebox on my work PC and it worked well.  But I need it installed on my home box for this project.)

Please advise and thank you.

So I just bought a copy.  The link in Readme to Adobe AIR is quite dead, but I think I found the right one on the new site.  That was installed, but when I try to install JuiceBox I get:
