I never had any problem with the lite version.

Comparing both, I think I found the problem. The index page name was autofilled with the website url and not with index.html like the others. Now that I changed that, it works. I now feel dumb for not noticing that before haha.

I double checked, It's AIR v33.1.1.744 so it's not the problem.
I desactivated Iobit Malware Fighter, it changed nothing.

It's in fact an admin account so it's not the problem and all files are on the pc.
For my different try, I put the folder on desktop so it's easier to find when trying again.

I tried to make a new gallery, it works now. (It didn't at first)
Seems I have to make new gallery to upgrade the Juicebox-Lite one to the Pro version.
(I already changed the jbcore folder as said in tutorials)

I now seem to have a solution even if it's not the fastest one, haha. Thanks :)

Hello,
I bought the Pro version yesterday and it seems I have a problem : I can't save my project. Even if I click, nothing happen.
I have Windows 11 and use last version Adobe Air and Juiicebox.
I already tried to uninstal and reinstal both but it changed nothing.

Hello, I have a problem with my newest gallery. I don't know why but only 16 images are show when there's 30. I don't have any problems with my other galleries and I don't understand where the problem is.

Here's the link of my gallery : https://maelys-tremblay.fr/a-love-story.html

I already tried to reupload it, change the images, clear my cache and reload my page multiples times but nothing change.

It works ! Thank you so much for your help ! I was desesperated to find a solution to my problem !

Hello !
I've been searching for month but I still can't find anything to help me.

On my website, galleries are in the foreground and I can't access my pull-down menus. Each time my cursor go on a menu that is overlapping the gallery, the menu just disappear.
In the same time, my footer is behind the gallery.

How can I fix it ?

(You can try yourself here : http://maelys-tremblay.fr/folio-illu.html )

I'm using Chrome but it's the same on Edge so I suppose it will be the same anywhere else.
