Yes, sure.

JuiceboxBuilder-Pro version 1.5.1

Avast version 18.8.2356 (build 18.8.4084.409), with Virus definitions 190108-0.

I can't remember which element complained about Avast - I just remember it giving me an option to "Allow App". I think it was File Shield... but I can't be sure.

Thanks, as I said, I had already tried the uninstall route, including AIR and also clearing all the system files.

So I disabled Avast and lo and behold this worked. But naturally I don't want Avast disabled.

So I re-enabled Avast and tried to open a gallery and this time Avast popped up a warning that JuiceboxPro was attempting to access protected files. It also gave me the option of allowing the app. Which I now have done.

Strange thing is... why didn't it ask me before. It only asked after I disabled and re-enabled.

One for your knowledgebase I guess.

Thanks for your help.

When I click "Open Gallery" nothing happens. Same with "New Gallery". I have followed instructions on another post to remove various system folders link with JuiceboxPro, but still the same. I've even uninstalled, removed all folders and reinstalled... but still does the same.

Please advise what else I can do to resolve this issue?

Thanks.
