Yes, it was the same error 5100.
I tried all you mension except creating a new user, and nothing helped - still error 5100.
Then I tried to install Juicebox 1.5.1 on my laptop with the same Windows 10 pro, but NOT with Bitdefender.
And it worked without any problems.
I uninstalled Bitdefender on my desktop computer, and now I could install Juicebox 1.5.1 here, too.

It seems, that Bitdefender (2018) simply prevents Juicebox from installing - not running, if allready installed.
Even if Bitdefender is turned off.

I have the same problem.
Could not update to 1.5.1
Uninstalled 1.5.0, but could still not install 1.5.1
And now I can't even reinstall 1.5.0
I use Bitdefender, too, but disabling it does not help.
