Thanks for your reply.  I am using the pro version and do not have a flickr account.  I was able to fix the problem by creating a separate output folder and saving the new gallery to that location.  If I save the output to the default folder then I only get 50 images when I copy that folder to the web server.  Not sure what is going on but at least I have a work-around.  Thanks again for your help.
