Yes, I am positive that I am using juicebox_pro_1.4.0/web/jbcore/. I have tried uploading the files numerous times last week and I actually already tried your suggestion of deleting the old jbfolder folder.

Hello,

I downloaded and installed wp-juicebox yesterday.

Today, the client purchased the Pro Version and I installed it by following the instructions of replacing the jbcore folder.

I deleted my cache however, it still appears that I only have the free version. The juicebox logo is still showing up and my pro config options, for example changing colors do not display.

Did I miss a step?
