Yes, it is strange I have 3 web sites all on the same server one works fine after you told me about the .htaccess file but with the other 2 same set up but always a white screen. Would any file block the function of the .htaccess?
The web site it works on is a very modern and is fully compatable with phones

I am using 3G and as I say I have the .htaccess file in place but still on show on my Iphone 4s must be the .htaccess thing.
Need to fine some more 4s phones to try

This one http://www.pictureslondon.co.uk/Lizy%20 … index.html will view on all browsers Ipone 5 but not Ipone 4S (just shows white page) I have a Juice block.htaccess file Any ideas how to fix this?

I am using other htlm5 galleries all work ok but look poor so really want Jucebox to work. Your solution is 'Request desktop site' what do you mean when you say this and how do I set it up?
Your demo sild show works great on all g3- g4 I tested it on that's why I bought it so why is it working on your site but not mine ? Any help with this would be great.
Hi I too have this problem will load on a I phone 5 G3 (don't know carrier) but will not load on 4s ( carrier o2) will play your demo gallery from you web site.
Any ideas
