Thank you for your response.  Image click is my primary mode of navigation so I cannot remove that. http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/mike-fi … culptures/

Is there not some clever workaround?  It is simply too easy to click the image when a user is attempting to click the navigation arrows at the left and right on a small device.

Your support has been awesome btw.

Is it possible to change the size of the hotspot over the main image and the navigation arrows. Currently it is too easy to click the main image hotspot when attempting to navigate, specifically on mobile devices due to size.

Thanks

Hi Steven,

Thanks for the quick and detailed reply - your support is awesome!

Looks like I failed to upgrade my master .js file when i uploaded new 1.3.2 galleries. Thanks for noticing that.

I'm going to look into the html errors but I am skeptical that that it will resolve the whole page moving.  Is this non-typical behavior? Could it be my divs?  (i am fairly ignorant)

It's unfortunate that a different gesture can't be used to call the hyperlink as it is so easy to accidentally hyperlink and this surprises the user. Is it possible for me to change the clickmode for just the image?

Thanks,
Mike Fields

I am having some issues with gesture on mobile. http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/

Actual Result

  • user swipes and the whole page moves

  • user single touches the image and is hyperlinked to the directed page, this is the same gesture for clicking the navigation arrows

  • user swipes and the blue browser hotspots stay highlighted

Expected Result

  • User swipes and the whole page does not move, but rather the next image slides into place

  • User must double click in order to be navigate when click the image.  This gesture must be distinct from the gesture used to navigate with the arrows. Also, there should be distinct hotspots and the arrow hotspots are not so large

  • user swipes or clicks and the blue hotspots either don't appear or disappear

I love the product and am hopeful you can help me out with these issues.

Sincerely,
Mike Fields

Steven,

Thanks for the quick and detailed reply.  You are correct, it turned out to be a setting in my theme.  Thanks for the help.

Hello,

http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/

My gallery is left justified and I would like it truly centered. You can see this if you run lines from the left and right arrows up.  It becomes very obvious in portrait mode on a phone.

I tried the fix recommended in other threads but it has not worked.  Any help would be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Mike

Understand, they both look great on my desktop.  However, the first link is virtually unusable when viewed on my phone and the second link is flawless.  In the first link i can only see a smidgen of the main image

Since both links are embedded in the same theme, somehow the code must be different.

Thank you for your detailed reply.  I am not really a developer so i may be missing something but this link is in the same theme is it not? http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/temp/test2/  and it works.  Doesn't that ruled out the theme/css?

Hello Steven,

Thanks for the reply.  compare http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/temp/ with http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/temp/test2/

The latter link is copied code from http://acquaphoto.com/ and works perfectly.   Since this is within the same theme that rules out the theme or wordpress container as being the issue.

If you look at their embed code it is huge compared to mine which makes me think they took a different approach  (im using the Juicebox-builder and would prefer to keep using)

What is the simplest way i can achieve this result?  By the way, please view the first link on a phone it is totally broken.

Thanks

Hello,

I added a juicebox gallery to a wordpress site i started today - http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/temp/

I would like the gallery to scale the same way that it does here: http://chesterfieldsbronzes.com/temp/gallery/

When a user adjust there browser dimensions.  I am building the site with Catalyst (brand new to it)

Any help would be awesome!
