What is the reason the only online gallery is Flickr? Just curious since there are many other options.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Hello, the news as of yesterday is Yahoo is now removing the Google and Facebook login for Flickr. While this may not seem like a big deal it is to some people.

Are there any plans to integrate a different online photo service besides Flickr? Can some Google service be added?

Thanks

I have given up on a slider for now. arachnid seems to be correct.

However I now want to have a gallery on a page with some other content (same site Artisteer HTML) and everything is fine with a 100% gallery if it's the only thing on the page. Once I add any other content to the page (another div) the gallery pushes off to the side at 100%.

If I go down to a % that fits, say 40%, it stays but has to be aligned left and the images are very tiny in responsive mode.

So it isn't possible to have a embedded gallery at all if I have another div with content? This seems odd.

FYI, I tried Wow Slider for a slider to see and it had on problems staying in a div container remaining responsive.

I had the same problems and have solved it. See http://www.delosgaia.nl/ how I have done it. Real responsive is not possible except when working with an iframe or full page with only one DIV. Do not define a gallerywidth and galleryheight in percentage but use px.

Hello, didn't find this topic or don't know how to word it correctly in a search.

Basically I would like to make a slider for a HTML website that is the size of the images and responsive. No thumbs or nav or buttons. Just a set of images that fade and repeat. I have this part working already.

When I create one that is responsive it seems to have to be 100% width and height. That however fills the screen.

If I make the gallery a fixed size it works but is not responsive.

Am I missing a setting that makes both these possible?

Thanks

That seems odd. There are so many sliders that are responsive I can use or extensions for say Joomla, how is it this cannot be accomplished?

I am having product support look at this for my site. I will certainly report back with any results.

Wow, I forgot about those posts.

It's not exactly the same or I can't understand what you are describing.

Here's a text HTML site which I am trying to get a slider inside the sheet in a cell to just be the size of the images and responsive. It's really wonky. http://sites.ecowebdesign.net/juice/

I would like to know if this type of slider is possible? This site uses a slideshow that is responsive and fits in the cell to create a top slideshow. http://spectrumhealthmedical.com/

This is all I want to do.

Thanks for you patience.

Everything is great except the home button doesn't show on my phone. Razr HD using Chrome or Dolphin browsers.

I see, I need to link the menu item to the JB gallery page and then add the index.html URL to the home button. Perfect!

Thanks

I believe I found it. I did not notice in the Load Presets the drop down. Is this the only way to do this?

Hi Steven, thanks for your thorough reply. I may look into some of these solutions.

For now I would like to try the full version Full Browser but don't see how to accomplish this. The embed guide states this but doesn't give the details on how to do it. Sorry, I have looked for this before posting here.
Embed Sizes

A Juicebox gallery can be embedded as Full Browser or Embedded.

Full Browser means the gallery fills 100% of the browser window.
Embedded means the gallery is a fixed size element in a bigger HTML page (e.g. a small gallery in a blog). Embedded galleries display the Expand button which allows the user to expand the gallery to fill the browser window and display the images at higher resolution.

I think this would be a good solution for smaller screens. Would you point me to the instructions on doing this in a HTML page?

Thanks again, great product by the way.

Hello, hopefully this isn't already answered but I could not find any posts exactly regarding this.

Can the main image be set to fill the width of the screen so it pushes down the page? It's hard to explain but if I view a gallery in a 1024 or 800px resolution the main image is very small and does not push the footer down. In other words it just uses the space that's there no matter how small it is. This is a HTML embeded gallery so maybe it needs to be presented differently.

Browser 800px more extreme example to show example.

Sorry, I hosting the site myself and can do whatever is needed.

Will I need to use the baseUrl type instructions for the Joomla example?

Thanks

Can't find an answer anywhere on this and don't see opencart listed in the embed guides.

My client wants a photo gallery in his opencart website. I am also going to use a responsive template so need a responsive gallery. I don't see anything even remotely close to Juicebox as an extension. He sells custom guitars and want to have a gallery of sold items. Not common but logical.

Is it possible to embed the gallery into a page in opencart. I can create a module and add code in the html but don't know if it will work.

Thank you
