How can I move the thumbnails down just a bit, about 15px or so further away from the main image?

My images all scale fine.  The thumbs, however, look horrible if they are a different ratio than the standard thumbnail.  The thumb images themselves are fine when I upload them, but juicebox stretches them around and crops them very poorly.

I have this working fine, except for one issue:

I have autoplay enabled with loop and with random and 7 seconds.

When I go to the gallery, the first image displays for less than a second, and then the next image is shown.  This second image, and all the rest, each show for the proper amount of time.

So, it looks weird to see that first image flash off right away and go to the next image.
