Great that you made this a sticky post !- I ran into this 'stuck at Loading screen' problem today: the first time I have used Juicebox Pro since I bought it and used it heavily about 2-3 years ago. So I joined the forum to post a question about this, and immediately saw the sticky post : saved me having to post anything ! Problem solved -muchissimas gracias :)
