Just purchased Showkase Pro.
Installed everything.
Cannot view Juicebox gallery.
I have created a gallery using Lightroom plugin, and using the desk top app.  Same message.
I have had numerous previous versions (lite and pro) of JuiceBox and it worked for a while, then recently it stopped working??? (i had not used it in quite a while).
So I purchased Showkase (thought that might be the best idea for complete rebuild).
I uninstalled everything JuiceBox related and reinstalled latest version that came with Showkase Pro.
Same message.
Have checked every file and link and I cannot find anything that is out of line.

I have read through everything that I can find in your support.  Obviously I'm missing something :)
