i am still unable to get this to work for me. i am sorry i just cannot do it. how do i avail of a refund as it says i have 30days to change my mind. if i cannot get it to work there is no point in me keeping it
please advise what i need to do to cancel

Thank you for your reply but i still dont understand how i can get this to work for me.

I have done what you said i have uploaded some test images to a free image host called https://omeara.imgbb.com/albums. Do i then upload the same images to juicebox...?? as it only allows me to upload from my own folder or flickr. I have even set up a flickr account if that helps either.

Do i need to enter the URL above into the customised section at all?

Once i am at the publish part of juicebox i have only
Gallery Folder (Do i edit anything here)
Index page name (do i change this from index??)
Get Embed code (Do i need anything from within this code??)

I am very confused i dont normally use any code like HTML etc

I want to use the juicebox pro as i really like the appearance of the page and then thumbnails etc but do you think it may not work for me?`

I mean there are free ways of uploaded a iframe with other providers. How come you dont use HTML code instead of FTP.

Is there a helpline for your website instead as i do not know how to put my issues in writing

Creating a absolute url for my Juicebox gallery. I have upgraded to the juicebox builder pro but i cannot seem to generate a url. my website cannot accept FTP so i need to upload as a iframe. how do i get this URL that i need to put into my iframe code.
