I unistalled everything and download again from this website the DMG mac version: http://www.aidenlab.org/juicebox/

Unfortunately the same thing happen again... Here is a screenshot about what I want to do:

Sorry for not being clear. I tried to download Adobe AIR but nothing changed... When I open JuiceBox, I would like to be able to have access to the "control" but I cannot click on it. I first click on file then I can either do "new window", "open", but I canno't click on the next one that is open control and should give me the data that is integrated into Juicebox. I don't have any Hi-C data myself and I wanted to visualize the data that was generated by the lab that created juicebox... I am clearer ?

Hello,

I have download juicebox yesterday on my mac and I want to have access to the internal data but when I click on file I can only open some data from my computer, I don't have access to the "control data", I download the last version of java to be able to open it so maybe it has to do with my settings but I have no idea what to look for...
