Hi everyone,
after switching from Windows to Mac, I can't use juicebox builder-pro.
Mac Mini M4
MacOS Sequoia 15.31.1

Adobe AIR 33.1.1.744


I'm realy not an expert in these 'terminal' things, but I have done successfuly this:

cd /Library/Frameworks

Is AIR still in quarantine?

If I start Juicebox builder-pro I get the message
"Das Programm "JuiceboxBuilder-Pro" kann nicht geöffnet werden"
"The program "JuiceboxBuilder-Pro" cannot be opened"

I also checked
Datenschutz und Sicherheit => Sicherheit => Apps erlauben von ...
Privacy & Security => security => and there is no option to allow the app installation (Open anyway)

Perhaps sb can help me to fix this? What did i do wrong?
At the moment I use my windows pc only for JuiceboxBuilder-Pro ;-)

Problem solved :-)

Hi Steven, thanks for your replies.
It was NOT a failure of juicebox
It was NOT a failure of JSN (CSS)
It was a fault of a cookie plugin witch 'damaged' the html code.
I have deleted the plugin and everything looks fine.

So it was a good desicion to choose juicebox ;-)

thanks for the answers,
(1) to (3) I have reported this to JSN,
(4) I have changed it to "juicbox-container" but the failure still exists. I have changed it form 'default' to "1" within two galleries, because I have embeded more than one gallery in one page. The 'rest' was a copy paste failure ;-)

On my PC I found the older versions of my galleries, also there the failure is present:

So it has nothing to do with version 1.5.

So I wait on JSN because of the doc type and html questions.

Hi Steven,
because I use Joomla with CSS JSN Boot I do not see this html code in the editor.
Also the failure comes up with updating to 1.5
Nevertheless I will ask JSN about your html remarks.

The solution expandInNewPage="TRUE" would be ok for me, but the gallery did not open in full screen.

Where can I get the older version 1.4.4.2? I have deleted this version on my laptop, perhaps I got it still on my PC.

Hi,
I have just updated ally my galleries to 1.5 (no right click button).
If i use Firefox (48 or 42) and I hit 'Expand Gallery' it looks like this on 30% view:

No problems with Chrome or IE.
Just have a look on www.reisedampfer.de => Neuste Beiträge => f.e Skandinavien 2016 and hit expand gallery.

Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong.

thanks for the reply. I will check if I change the opacity in the XML file. But I think I will 0.9 in my preset, and that is ok for me.

Hi Steven,
thanks for the explanation, now everything works fine.
It was a bit tricky with the default color for the expanded bachground color, because it was the color I preferred.
Now I changed the opacity to 0.9.
I think it would be helpful to set a notice with the default color. I haven't noticed anything like this.

Thank you for the quick reply, and the solution with transparent background for my first problem.

But the problem with the expanded background still exists.
I had already set the expanded background colour as you described it:
"And one for the expanded mode, #22222 (Very dark) (Colour, expanded background colour)"

In the 'get embed code' I can't find something like 'expanded background colour ...' to change it manualy.
I use sw version 1.4.4.2.

Update: I don't know why, but now it works with IE and Firefox. Chrome doesn't work at the moment, I deleted all browser data.

Hi,
I have just switched my site to joomla.
Because I now want to embed the juicebox galeries, I want two different background colours.
One for the embeded site, should be #f2f2f2 (Same as the 'normal' page) (Lite, general)
And one for the expanded mode, #22222 (Very dark) (Colour, expanded background colour)

Here I don't see any changes in the background. Tested with firefox and chrome, cache has been cleared.

Hi,
yesterday, after some difficulties, I update Juicebox Pro im Lightroom to 1.4.3.
Now I want to add may first show, everything ok, but audio.
When I enter the url in the mp3 field:

It will also be written in the ogg field. If I change it there to:
http://www.reisedampfer.de/musik/ancien … _cap_1.ogg
The mp3 filed will also be changed to http:///.....ogg

I also tried to select the correct file from the pull down arrow.

So at the moment I can only attach mp3 OR ogg, not AND
Is there a sw bug or an user error?
