Done all of the suggestion and still nothing - same message and now ive used my five downloads so have nothing for my money!!!!!

So I have just purchased the PRO version and when trying to install is I get this message pop up -
The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.
Not a happy bunny - any ideas what to do? I have already emailed them no response?!?
