Thank you! I never would have thought to try changing that option as a fix. Seems to work, at least on the machine I have access to for testing.

I really appreciate the help and support I've gotten from your company.

One last thought: what are the settings for the Flat Design? Since it didn't seem to have the problem. How does it differ from the other galleries?

Thanks, Rachel

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

On the demo page, I could replicate the problem on the Pro Full Browser and on the Blog Style examples. Flat Design didn't do it. I didn't test every one. I suspect this means it is an IE9 issue that there's no answer to.

I did try switching to the updated Twenty Fourteen theme, but the problem persisted in IE9.

I updated to the newest version of Juicebox.

The only errors I got from the W3C Validation page were:
Error Line 96, Column 4: No p element in scope but a p end tag seen.
</p>

Error Line 165, Column 110: The center element is obsolete. Use CSS instead.
…idget widget_text"><div class="widget-wrap">            <div class="textwidget"><center>

These don't seem major to me, but I suppose they could be...

Thanks for your suggestions. Unless you think there is anything else I could do, I'm kind of feeling like it's a browser-exclusive quirk.

Thanks, Rachel

I have installed wp-juicebox on a client's site. She likes the way it looks, but of course, she uses IE. When in IE, the thumbnails load, but when you click one, the main image may or may not display. If you click it twice it usually will work on the second click. It does not seem to be a loading problem, as you can often click the next image and it will work, and if you use the main image navigation arrows it works fine.

It works perfectly on my computer/browsers (Mac/Chrome, Firefox).

I appreciate any help.
