Problem solved!
Although I see the problem in your gallery in Chrome 25, I have been unable to replicate the problem in a test gallery of my own (using the same configuration options that your gallery does).
It turned out I had forgotten to upload the "twelve" theme, so it was using the "classic" one.

My Juicebox Pro gallery performs beautifully in Safari, Opera, Firefox and IE. However in Chrome, my favorite browser, it will stop advancing at a random image and thereafter it is hard to get it restarted. Please help. Thanks in advance.
