I have rewritten my website to keep up with the times.
My old website still used tables. Now the structure is as it should be.

But I can't get the JuiceBox viewer properly sized for mobile phones.
How can I make the viewer resize correctly when displayed on a mobile phone?

So far, I see a part of the first photo in the viewer that is cropped on all sides.
Is there a correct code for this that I can put into my website?

No changes have been made to my website in several months, but suddenly Juicebox fails with the message "Juicebox Error: Config file not found." in place of where the Juicebox gallery should be.

I've searched this forum for this error, but I'm already doing everything that is mentioned in the fixes. Besides, like I mentioned, I haven't changed anything on my website in months.

All of my galleries are one level deeper that where the gallery should display; i.e. they are all in a subdirectory "gallery".

An example of my embedded code is shown below.

One weird thing is that Edge shows the gallery on my home page, but won't show any other galleries. Chrome and Firefox don't show any galleries. My default browser is Chrome.

I believe that all the web browsers recently updated. Could they have done something to prevent them from finding config.xml?  I've looked in quite a few of my "gallery" directories and they all contain config.xml.

One other thing: I used to have a login to juicebox.net, but it doesn't recognize my login anymore. I tried "resetting my password", by no email was received. Could this have something to do with the problem? I know that my free support has expired, but I'll be glad to pay for additional support.

This second one does work, shows up, along with the image, etc.

As far as I can see, they are completely identical except for the caption data itself. What can be wrong?

Here is a screen capture of the first image with no caption of a second image with a caption, per the html styles from above.

The other day when I viewed my site I got error message saying that Juicebox could not find the config file.  So checked on the forum to see if other people were having or had problems with this.  Saw in one post that support could not access the file direct which was that person problem.
So tried to access the config file direct got error message blocked by Web Application Firewall.
Check on my hosting no option for any firewall.  Emailed the tech support for my hosting.  Various emails bouncing back and forward of what is the problem.  Reply we have passed this on to the technical team.  Checked website now unable to access it at all.  Queried why is the site unavailable.
Turns out that the Juicebox coding is hitting OWASP rule 930130 so my site has been taken down.
Been advised the best solution is that the config.xml file be renamed to something that is not on https://github.com/coreruleset/corerule … files.data
Is this an easy fix?

From what I can tell, there is not a Plug-In option (yet) for Photomator.  What is a suggested workflow if using Photomator to edit, and wanting to continue making exportable Galleries with JB-Pro?

From my testing this seems to work well, but I’m interested in getting thoughts on whether these sizes are still the best choices based on current hardware capabilities. Also, is there a way of knowing which size file Showkase chose to use on a particular device?

When making a new Gallery, open this one;
insert a different name and then, in "Publish", choose a new location in which to save it;
and hit SAVE.

Now open the new file; go to IMAGES and delete all of the existing inhabitants.
Then drag and drop replacement images into their place and, in "Publish", hit SAVE again.

Refine the gallery names in the resulting new Gallery and insert an updated Splash page etc.,
and Save again.

I find that by doing this, the new images insert themselves at great speed instead of the glacial pace that is normally experienced.

Hope that this idea will prove useful!

Juicebox v1.5.1 is 9 years old, really outdated and is missing a lot of the latest web technology and file format.
It is using an old imbedded jquery version with many security issues

Is there any change a new build is being released in about one year.

After a computer crash that was rescued by someone who immediately upgraded to Windows 11, my Juicebox Builder Lite no longer works.
I do see the opening screen, but then it disappears.
Even after redownloading, there's no change.
What else can I try?
