Please see this sticky forum post for information on the problem you describe (live preview obscuring content) and a solution. (The solution is to use AIR v33.1.1.744, available on the AIR runtime download page.)

Pro Publishing Issue

I just bought the PRO version of Juicebox, I am running on a MAC laptop OS Big Sir 11.6.5
The software is extremely cluncky SimpleView Pro was much better, however please see screen shot, when I create a gallery, customize, then go to PUBLISH, the Customize Window does NOT go away and blocks my view from publishing the photos. I am on a deadline and need to resolve this issue ASAP
