I have rewritten my website to keep up with the times.
My old website still used tables. Now the structure is as it should be.

But I can't get the JuiceBox viewer properly sized for mobile phones.
How can I make the viewer resize correctly when displayed on a mobile phone?

So far, I see a part of the first photo in the viewer that is cropped on all sides.
Is there a correct code for this that I can put into my website?

After a computer crash that was rescued by someone who immediately upgraded to Windows 11, my Juicebox Builder Lite no longer works.
I do see the opening screen, but then it disappears.
Even after redownloading, there's no change.
What else can I try?

What are my next steps

I just want to be able to plug in my car and have it start charging. I don't really care about any other features. It used to happen for a long time, but ever since I started using the new app, I never know what to expect.

In my opinion, charging still functions as usual at public chargers, so I don't believe it has anything to do with the car.

Can I do anything to make it start charging?

Old MacBook can open any of the Galleries I have stored locally on my internal SSD with no issue.

New MacBook CANNOT open the Galleries LOCALLY, and shows this alert:  JuiceBox Error: Config File Not Found. 

The same Galleries opened from the version stored on AWS opens fine on new MacBook, just an issue with opening them locally.

Seems like I'm missing a setting or something on the New MacBook.

Any ideas or suggestions to try?

Is it anywhere on the product roadmap to support modern package managed solutions for Juicebox, such as NPM or Composer?

Having a public mirror of the product on github could also prove helpful for users that are trying to responsibly manage software versions.

So far I haven't been able to load a single image.  Running under Win 7.

Thanks for any tips.  So far image gallery programs are really frustrating.

i have just installed juicebox lite. Untill now i ws using simpleviewer without problems.
I add pictures to a new gallery and when I go to Customize or Publish the gallery preview screen covers all options and i can not move on.

Is there a workaround for that?

If you are using AIR v33.1.1.821 onwards, then you may see the JuiceboxBuilder loading screen appear to be frozen.

If you are using AIR v33.1.1.932 onwards, then you may see the live gallery preview obscure other content within JuiceboxBuilder.

The solution is to use the most recent version of AIR with WebKit support.
At the time of writing, this is currently AIR v33.1.1.744.
Harman have made this available at the foot of their AIR runtime download page: https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime

Please uninstall any other versions of AIR first before installing the most recent version or AIR with WebKit support.

Note  for Mac: If you don't find an uninstaller in the '/Applications/Utilities' folder, just launch the '/Applications/Adobe AIR Installer' application. Launching this without arguments will put it into 'uninstaller' mode.

According to this comment (over in the Harman Github Issues pages), it looks like Harman are currently looking to replace WebKit with a new embedded browser: https://github.com/airsdk/Adobe-Runtime … 1216482803

If/when Harman implements this, there will no longer be a need to use AIR v33.1.1.744.
Although there is no problem in using AIR v33.1.1.744 (JuiceboxBuilder actually requires only AIR v2.0 or later to function fully), it would mean that anyone could just grab the latest AIR runtime without running into any problems.

However, I have run into a problem when saving a gallery because I cannot edit the text in the "Gallery Folder" box.

The only work-around appears to involve hitting the Browse Button and creating a new appropriately named folder in which to store the new gallery.

I am almost certain that, prior to Mac OS Monterey and the M1 computer, I could change or delete the Text in the Gallery Folder" box?

I would like to be able to do that instead of needing to use the browse button work-around.
